for OP-1 original (not OP–1 field) and OP–Z repairs in EU and rest of the world (US and Canada excluded) please contact the following company:

• your full name.
• your full address.
• a detailed description of your issue and repair needed,
• your proof of purchase (in order to validate your date of purchase and warranty),
• your unit serial number (OP-Z, where do i find my serial number?)
• proforma invoice for non-EU Customer (SCS Servicecenter-Siedler can provide you with a document to fill out. this is for customs clearance )

SCS Servicecenter-Siedler will get back to you with further instructions once all the details received.

please note that SCS Servicecenter-Siedler will only handle repair for OP-1 and OP-Z.
