- your full name.
- your full address.
- a detailed description of your issue and repair needed,
- your proof of purchase (in order to validate your date of purchase and warranty),
- your unit serial number (OP-Z, where do i find my serial number?)
- proforma invoice for non-EU Customer (SCS Servicecenter-Siedler can provide you with a document to fill out. this is for customs clearance )
SCS Servicecenter-Siedler will get back to you with further instructions once all the details received.
please note that SCS Servicecenter-Siedler will only handle repair for OP-1 and OP-Z.
