to cancel an order please submit a cancel request as soon as possible.
if your order has been submitted but not yet shipped, we will send a cancellation request to our warehouse. this request can only be processed if your order has not already been packed. if successful you will receive our cancel confirmation with further instructions.
if you have already received your tracking information, then we are unable to cancel your order. if this is the case then you have two options:
- either accept the parcel,
- or follow our return instructions.
