in this situation, you are covered by your reseller warranty & repair terms and conditions. we invite you to contact their customer support directly and they will assist you in getting your unit fixed or replaced.
if the unit is not covered by warranty:
in the occasion your unit is not covered by warranty anymore, we will be happy to assist you in getting your unit serviced by one of our repair centre, at a cost.
if you wish to do so, please submit your request to our support. we will get back to you with further instructions and will redirect you to the repair centre in charge of your region.
