most likely something just went wrong temporarily so please try again a little later, perhaps with a different payment method. - try using paypal
for security reasons and for your safety, we do use high validation requirements for credit cards. if you have the ability to use paypal as your payment option, we recommend trying that when placing the order. this should help with the security issues for some international purchases. you do not need to log in or even have a paypal account. please keep in mind to enter correct shipping address in paypal, before placing a new order. - use same shipping / billing information
when placing your order, we recommend you make sure that the shipping and billing address matches your card or preferred payment method. - no po boxes
as indicated in our terms & conditions, due to courier restrictions and risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to po boxes. - bank reservations
note that your bank may have reserved the payable amount in your bank account, in anticipation that the amount will be accepted by us. however, this amount will never be claimed. it will be released by your bank and returned to your account. if your records show money has been charged from your account then please contact your bank to confirm this, and let us know any relevant reference.
